amazing stay with stellar service!
local recommendations superb breakfast easy location
I loved that the staff gave great recommendations for local spots! the included breakfast was superb and brought right to my room daily. the location was also amazing. It made getting around super easy and convenient for all my adventures.
the soundproofing wasn't the best, and i could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms.

the staff was helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile. they gave amazing tips and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. paulo and catarina were especially great!!!

the location is perfect, just steps away from tram 28 and surrounded by great restaurants. many of the city's miradouros are within walking distance. it could not have been more central!!!

Really good Stay in Prime Location

The location was central! I found the staff consistently helpful, especially with directions. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room, I enjoyed that. The One-Bedroom Apartment City View had very comfortable beds. I slept well each night.
The apartment design included quirky elements I felt were not functional. I did find the small kitchen area inconvenient.

The apartment features air conditioning to keep it cool. Daily housekeeping kept the space very tidy. they offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out.

Breakfast was delivered right to my room each morning. Made the start of my day easier! The provided breakfast included croissants. A coffee machine was also available in the room!

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
sewage smell inadequate breakfast bad noise isolation
The location proved excellent for exploring the area.
I encountered a sewage smell coming from the kitchen window. It was quite unpleasant. Breakfast felt inadequate, especially when they brought only two croissants for three people. It wasn't enough. The noise isolation was bad as well. I could hear people walking in the apartment above ours.
